Larry Taggart is a retired attorney offering legal and business consulting advice to corporate entities. Mr. Taggart was president of Peter David Company, President/CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Southern States Power Company, Inc. He was Vice President, President, Legal Counsel, and Director for Basic Research Corporation. He also served as a member of the Board of OCTuS Inc. Mr. Taggart held the position of Vice President and Counsel for Advanced Automotive Tech., Inc. and was President & Director of both Trafalgar Capital Corporation and TCS Financial, Inc.

Mr. Taggart was appointed Commissioner of Savings & Loan, State of California by Gov. Deukmejian. He was Director of Dept. of Savings and Loan, a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank Advisory Board (Washington), and Director of State Commissioners. Mr. Taggart was Sr. Vice President at Great American First Savings Bank (formerly San Diego Federal Savings & Loan). He was Asst. to the Chairman and President, a manager of the Loan Service Dept, served as Legal Counsel and Branch Manager, and worked in regulatory compliance department. Mr. Taggart also served as Director of Westec Services Corporation.

Mr. Taggart holds a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Western State University School of Law. He has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biological Sciences, specializing in Environmental Sciences and Ecology. Between 1999 & 2000, he was President of San Diego Civic Light Opera (“Starlight”) and a member of the Board of Directors, from 1971 to 2007. Mr. Taggart served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.

Frank Braun is an award-winning, journalist, writer and producer. Mr. Braun has over 25 years of experience in both print and broadcast journalism, and has worked as an associate producer for “60 Minutes,” and as an investigative producer for CBS affiliated stations. Mr. Braun has specialized in covering the space programs of the United States and other nations. Most recently, Mr. Braun has written about Brazil for the Brown Journal of World Affairs and United Press International. Braun wrote a five part series on Brazil’s nuclear program for UPI.

Born in Brazil, and raised in the U.S., Mr. Braun is a graduate of UCLA with a degree in English Literature. After graduation, he returned to Brazil to help launch “The Latin America Daily Post”, an English language daily newspaper patterned after Europe’s International Herald Tribune. In 1992, Mr. Braun was nominated for an Emmy and captured all of the significant awards presented by the San Diego Press Club for Best Investigative journalism for television. Those awards were presented for “Bad Doctors, Blind Trust”, an investigative series Mr. Braun wrote and produced, which led to reform of the California Medical Board.

In 1994, Mr. Braun was the Producer for the 25th Anniversary of Apollo 11; mankind’s first landing on the moon. Vice-President Al Gore was the keynote speaker. Mr. Braun also produced the 25th and 30th Anniversary Galas of the Apollo 13 mission.

On November 15, 2001, Mr. Braun’s production company collaborated with James Cameron’s Earthship.TV to produce The Arthur C. Clarke 2001 Gala. The Clarke Gala honored Science Fiction Writer Arthur C. Clarke, and was attended by over 400 guests in Los Angeles. Keynote speakers included Film Director James Cameron, actors Patrick Stewart and Morgan Freeman, and Astronauts Buzz Aldrin, James Lovell, and Robert Crippen. In December 2002, Mr. Braun and James Cameron’s Earthship.TV co-produced the 30th Anniversary of Apollo 17, America’s last mission to the moon.

Mr. Braun has also worked for McKinsey & Company Inc., an international management consulting firm. Finally, Mr. Braun is the co-founder of Tri-Alpha Energy Inc., a Research and Development company focused on developing fusion energy for electricity generation.
